Basically very easy. The only thing that I saw that was different to me was the billing address on the left and the shipping address on the right. That was the only thing. |

Horrible customer service! Ordered two packs of folders, with a quantity of 125 each listed on the website. However, only received 50 folders total (instead of 250)! Eugene, the customer service person/owner, was VERY rude and unwilling to rectify the situation. There was no other quantity listed on the website, so one would assume that the quantity listed applied to the product displayed on the page. However, he said it was my fault for assuming, and that I should have called to verify before placing my order. Their product details were inconsistent at best, and even though it was "my fault", he quickly changed the product details after our conversation. Do NOT order from this company, or you will be sorry! Retailer Response (11/23/2011): There was an error in the description and we offered to return the product in brand new condition for FULL refund. We also offered to pay for return shipping. However, the buyer reported to us that the folders have already been used. Here is the exact info provided to us: The Twister Group did offer the refund, but that would not suffice because we already started labeling them. Consumable product must be checked for accurateness upon receipt and BEFORE being used. No return can be accepted after product has been utilized. We corrected product description promptly which is what we are supposed to do but admitted an error and offered return assistance. We have been serving consumers for 10 years and shipped over 300,000 orders. |

It took too long (3 days) to get the correct part number. your first response to the specifications I requested was; "This is old 4:3 format. Only manual screen is available:" and that is obviously not correct because you are presently selling me the electric version. My thoughts are you should have the dimensions included in your item desriptions. |

Their shipping charges for a 6.00 product ground is 11.23! I find this very high when I know something this light (small cloth pouch) can be put into a padded envelop and shipped for next to nothing. |

I ordered a crimestopper car alarm Monday. I got the item brand new, unopen, and well packed Tuesday, the next day. amazing!!! excellent business..I could not even wait to give a possitive feedback..It was my first purchase. I'm pretty sure i will purchase from them again in the future. |

Considerably lower price for this item than from any other seller (even after adding the comparatively higher shipping charge). Item was initially listed as out of stock, but their Web site provided a method to request notification. I was notified in a few days that it was back in stock. Very easy ordering. Regular shipping was extremely fast via FedEx. Overall, I'm very satisfied. |

I received a defective item which thetwistergroup.com refused to provide a full refund. Not only did they state 'There will be no 100% refund…”, but it would also definitely '…not be immediate.” Furthermore, they suggested I 'take it up directly with the manufacturer…” or follow their policy and they would graciously get back to me in a few days. How's that for customer service award of the year? This place is cheap, but they have an atrocious return policy. This rinky-dink internet store validates ripping off customers because their posted policy clearly states you will be ripped off if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Caveat emptor indeed. If you don't believe it, check their policy yourself. Ask yourself do I really want to shop here? Pray you receive exactly what you order and in working condition. Because if you're not satisfied with your purchase, quite frankly, you're hosed. |
