The updating of order status on the order page was not up to date and thus not very useful. The box was beat up, ripped in spots, and had been wrapped in plastic wrap. Upon opening, it was missing the assembly hardware, plastic feet and cable vent pieces. I was able to have Sanus seed me the missing items. There was also a few bruises to some areas of the stand. I got a great price on this stand, but it looks like it went on global shipping excursion. When you order UPS 2-day shipping, they charge for UPS 2-day shipping, but ship by UPS Ground if it can get there in 2 days. They refuse to reimburse for the difference in shipping, stating that it got there in 2 days and that's too bad.	Overall Rating

So let me tell ya a story...The original FedEx arrival time was going to be too close to Christmas so I told myself, I can wait to install my wife's LCD TV on the wall with the mount from TheTwisterGroup.com after the holidays, wrong! Santa got on his elves, and of course with the help of some red nose reindeer they made it through all this blowing and drifting snow!
