Next day received a call that laptop was out of stock until next week - promised to be shipped next day. 3. Laptop shipped - not next day - wrong address - wrong laptop 4. Promised to ship next day for correct laptop, correct address, docking station not avail. Ship seperatly when avail. 5 Laptop not shipped but will ship tomorrow with docking station. 6. Not shipped next day, they said it was too expensive 7. Laptop missing item, I give up. 5/15/2006 they tried to make it up by giving me a dvd/cd rom or half off memory to "modify" the review but I kindly refused for future shoppers. 6/19/2006 Hard drive died. Disappointed to hear that a replacement hd will not be sent out until 5 days from now. Somehow I doubt I will get my hd in less than 2 weeks from my previous experience. And battery now last less than 1 hour fully charged and 3 hours when I first got less than 2 months ago.	Overall Rating

I received the product and it didn't work. The Thinkpad had been refurbished by a non-IBM factory. I started searching the internet for another site to purchase from and I stumbled upon THINKPAD DEPOT. If it was possible, I would rate them a '10' ! Their service has been great. Their products are ALL refurbished by an authorized IBM factory and my Thinkpad looks and works just like a new one. GREAT SITE !	Overall Rating
