I purchased a T23 laptop from thinkpaddepot. The computer came in a very good condition. I have been using the computer for some time now and have never got any problem. They also sent me a wireless card which really becomes handy on my visit to the local coffee shops. |

Bought a laptop. I am in Saudi Arabia and i was unsure if they could handle overseas ahipments. It was very impressive to recieve a great product in good time. Good job done. I will strongly recommend them to my friends and family. |

I recently purchased an IBM Thinkpad (refurbished) from another major internet sales site. I received the product and it didn't work. The Thinkpad had been refurbished by a non-IBM factory. I started searching the internet for another site to purchase from and I stumbled upon THINKPAD DEPOT. If it was possible, I would rate them a '10' ! Their service has been great. Their products are ALL refurbished by an authorized IBM factory and my Thinkpad looks and works just like a new one. GREAT SITE ! |

I had a few questions first and they were answered right away. The ordering process was easy. The price could not be beat. The order came quickly and it works wonderfully. my second purchase from thinkpaddepot.com. Bought an IBM refurbished T23 few months ago and now decided to get an upgrade to T30. Its been a very good experience so far. I hope my T30 would last just as long as the T23s. |

It was amazing. The price that i payed for my IBM T40 at this company was way better than in the other websites. Twenty days after i bought my computer, my brother accidentaly deleted the windows. I called the company and they was very nice. They took my computer back and installed everything from the begining with no extra charge. I am planning to buy another computer and i will order it again from ThinkPadDepot. I strongly recomend it to all my friends and everybody that is thinking to buy a computer. There are three reasons why i say that. The first one is that they have very good quality products with a very competitive price, the second is that their shipping is realy fast and the third is that these guys know how to take care about their customers. |

My name is erind and i am a student. I was looking to buy a computer that will be good for my needs and that would be possible for me to afford it. In the begining it was hard but one of my friends told me about THINKPADDEPOT.COM and his good experience with this guys. I ordered my computer through their website and it was delivered to me next day. I was very happy with the quality of their product and with the good price that this guys offered me. It was lower than every other website that i was looking through. One time i had an electric shock at my house and the computer was plugged in. It damaged my computer. I called THINKPADDEPOT's office and this guys was wonderful. They took my computer and fixed it with no extra charge. I am impressed by them. They know how to take care about their customers. I strongly recomend this company as one of the best. I would purchase again with them when i will buy my next computer. |

This is my third purchase with THINKPADDEPOT.COM and it has been a very good experience with this guys. Everytime that i order the shipment is delivered to me very shortly and the products that they offer are very high qulity products. The first computer that i bought from them was an IBM T23, and than i upgradet it to an IBM T30 and now i bought my IBM T40 from THINKPADDEPOT.COM. I will continue to work with this company because they offer very high quality products with a very competitive price and they deliver very shortly. The only problem that i had with my IBM T23 and it was my fault because i accidentaly deleted the windows they fixed it with no extra charge. I strongly recomend it to all my friends. |

I Purchased an APC backup unit from these guys. Was a little worried since this company primarily sells laptops only but ended up buying it because their price was the lowest. Box came exactly as described (New sealed). Im extremely happy with my purchase with this company. |

Ordered IBM Thinkpad T41 23739FU. I liked the 1 year warranty being offered on their refurbished line. So far laptop works great, the cosmetics and functionalilty has also kept upto the standards that one can expect from an IBM laptop. |

It's easy to leave the customer happy when he/she got exactly what was expected in a fast and smooth transaction. Well, in my case I found that the T41 laptop was missing some important options which were defined by the machine type. This is a situation where the service of the seller comes to test and ThinkPadDepot.com passed it with A+. They replaced my laptop with the type I wanted and I got full refund for the previous one, although the error for the first transaction was completely mine. Thank you! |
