In the middle of that, the item disappeared, went out of stock, and all TigerDirect had to say was "tough luck!" Other websites have clearly stated policies in this regard: for example, that the item will stay in your cart for X minutes before it's allowed to return to inventory for others to purchase. With TigerDirect, they rely on chaos. Other sites have this figured out... TigerDirect should warn people about this problem in their web site! The people at TigerDirect and their parent company, Systemax, were very rude and could care less about my issue.	Overall Rating

However, shipping rates seem to be a bit high. Update: I received a refurbished Samsung DVD player that I had ordered. I did not work. He ordered based on the recommendation of a friend of ours. Word or mouth works! P.S. 7 day shipping would have been 4 if UPS did not shut down for UPS Ground deliveries on the day after Thanksgiving, or 3 days if it was not for Thanksgiving. My shipment actually reached my UPS distributions center (4 miles away) on Wednesday 11/25, 2 days after the order date. Thoroughly impressive!!!!	Overall Rating

Tiger always is fine to deal with and I have never been stiffed like other sites where they send broken items and do not replace without a law action.
