I requested to refund by returning the saftware, but I was bluntly refused. I still hold the item I don't want. timsonline's Response: George, shame on you for your dishonesty. Anyone looking at the auction can see it is clearly labeled 2007. We emailed we would accept product back and provided RMA number.
