This was absolutely misleading and typical of dealing with Chinese merchants. THe item was displayed as in stock, with 8 remaining, and I ordered. Days later, they write me back in broken English, horrible grammar, to tell me that the item is not in stock. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I just received my battery order in the mail and it was not what I was expecting. When I placed this order, the photo reflected an actual Olympus battery. I received Enel "replacement" batteries. I know it's the "same", as I already own one, but it lost its charge ability much faster then the original Olympus battery. Other vendors showed this replacement battery and I specifically ordered from you to avoid that. |

Order was processed and received quickly. Product was not as ordered (7.4 V battery provided instead of required 7.2V) but they sent me a call tag to return the product at their expense and the refund was issued extremely promptly...faster than most any other company would. I recommend this company for service and good prices. |

The seller notified me that he had refunded my PayPal payment because he could not deliver the batteries. No explanation other than my $$ had been refunded. Poor Seller Titannotebook's Response: Dear Customer We are sorry for the transaction that was made due to unpredictable events that had occurred we were not able to conduct business for two weeks. We do our very best to make sure every customer is satisfied with their product and transactions.
