I ordered an iron in June for $88, they immediately charged me and then said it was out of stock a little later but that more were coming in. They never contacted me, I would call them month by month and they would say it's on back order and due in in tow weeksFinally I called and then they said it was out of stock for good. They never told me, just kepy my $88. WHen I asked if they had reimbursed my credit card they said know beause they thought I might want to order something else from them in its place. Are you kidding me? I feel completely ripped off. I'm contacting the better business bureau. Absollutely the worst!	Overall Rating

tonyji from VA Member Since: 09/24/2004 View Member's: Reviews	order placed on Sept.30. received confirmation same day. then no update for 2 days, so called Oct.2, been told order will go out the same day, check the status the next day, nothing changed, so called again, and now the same lady tell me it's out of stock. and tell me it's going to refund me the charge. they charged my credit card without checking their stuff first, and for the cancellation, no email, nothing, called back and telling their system is done now, can't check my order any more. and told me just wait for my refund. that girl seems donot care at all. very poor customer service, never do bussiness with them again. totally waste of time	Overall Rating
