I emailed, filed a dispute with PayPal and received phone calls from this pseudocompany (which blocked their number before calling so I couldn't call them back). Nowhere could I find an address to return the product and attempt to get my money back despite the promises made by the representative on the phone that I would receive a refund. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company against this seller's fraudulant actions. One of the worst buying experiences I have EVER had from purchasing online!!!!	Overall Rating

FedEx still listed order as not shipped so I contacted them. Actually got a person who worked it out and provided me a nice discount off my next order. An apology for the "missing" order was given along with a discount; the order was then shipped and received quickly. It seems (from reading other reviews) this is a common problem (late or no shipping) but customer service is excellent! The toner is working fine! I will buy from them again.	Overall Rating

Cartridge works perfectly and can't tell the difference between it and a genuine HP cartridge (which costs 3X as much). After I sent an email off to inquire about my purchase, I received a telephone call from the supplier to assure me that my order was being processed and that I would be receiving a tracking number via email on the following monday because I had placed the order on either Thursday evening or Friday morning. Nevertheless, my package had arrived as assured and that my conversation with the supplier assured me that I made a good decision to purchase from Toner Discounters. I haven't opened the box yet but it appears to be packaged well. I'll definately order from TD again. Excellent customer care.	Overall Rating

The toner arrived on the the expected delivery date; well packed. I bought the toner as a spare and have not used it yet.
