I had to call and ask about the shipping coupon code. The woman was hard to understand because of her accent. She wasn't able to explain the coupon code without placing me on hold on two occasions. Received only half of the order with no communication. Finally called them and they took about 5 mins to acknowledge that only half of the order shipped and didnt seem to be aware of it until I informed them. So I am still waiting for the order to complete. Not impressed with the company so far. Not sure I will use them again. |

I've read complaints about low toner quantities in non OEM cartridges, but my color cartridges lasted over a year, and the drum lasted 2 before I saw any output with streaks, in previous orders from Tonerboss. |
