I've read complaints about low toner quantities in non OEM cartridges, but my color cartridges lasted over a year, and the drum lasted 2 before I saw any output with streaks, in previous orders from Tonerboss. |

Received only half of the order with no communication. Finally called them and they took about 5 mins to acknowledge that only half of the order shipped and didnt seem to be aware of it until I informed them. So I am still waiting for the order to complete. Not impressed with the company so far. Not sure I will use them again. |

I had to call and ask about the shipping coupon code. The woman was hard to understand because of her accent. She wasn't able to explain the coupon code without placing me on hold on two occasions. I love dealing with toner boss. My boss was skeptical at first about using re-man. product, but so far it has worked well! Only downfall was the $20 gift card, they sent two tickets instead of a $20 gift card as advertised, as the free gift with purchase. |

Offer combos right on the web pages that display the individual toner cartridges. Put the shipping discount right on the order form. don't make people have to go back to look for it. Describe accurately the Set B grouping for the HP 2605dn combo. It shows 5 carts, but only identifies 4 cartridges. In addition, it appears to be much higher than buying Set A and an additional black cart. |
