Unfortunately, the order was processed 4 business days after it was placed. The item was received inside a box, but the bottom of the toner box was missing a good portion of the box. This time, they NEVER posted a tracking on their site showing that it had shipped. They ignored half of my e-mails and gave lies in the replies they did send; such as: "I will get the tracking number for you and it will be forwarded asap", and "we will reply within one business day". They have no phone number. I am trying to cancel this order, but they ignore my cancellation request, too.	Overall Rating

I emailed the company and they offered a full refund or replacements. They overnighted four refilled cartridges to replace the two expired ones. Very impressed with their customer service.
