Ordered late wednesday afternoon, order arrived monday early afternoon. Had I ordered tuesday I'm sure it would have been there on Friday of the same week. Bosch Cordless Hammer Drill was brand new, exactly what I ordered, and the price was the best available anywhere. Great experience, will purchase from again! |

I placed an order on Labor Day and received the shipment 3 days later. More importantly, the shipping was included in the lowest price I could find for a brand new Makita drill/driver set model lct300w. It's nice to know some sellers on the web are really doing a great job. Thank you Tool Authority. |

I purchased a 36 volt Dewalt cordless kit for uder 500.00. That was well below what I found else where. I first emailed and then called the company to verify the price. They promptly replied to the email. I found them very good on the phone. I was very satisfied with the Tool Authority and the product I bought. |

I ordered a yamaha generator for my business on 02/26/09.
They said it would take a week to recieve. After 7 days they would not return my phone call and could not provide shipping info on the item. Order sat on someones desk. Charged for item on 03/02/09. Put me in a bad spot as I ordered for a project startup. I see why no one has rated them on this site. Retailer Response (04/16/2009): We ordered the item from Yamaha to ship directly to the customer the very next day (the item was ordered after business hours). Yamaha usually ships the next day for us. When they did ship it only took 1 day to reach the customer. That is a total of 8 days (1 day more than a week). We responded to the phone call by email with the tracking information (we admit we should have called back, but tracking numbers are usually much easier to email).
