The first purchase page is not intuitive and requires some thinking about whether or not one needs to put their name in and if they take other than PO's for purchasing product. Also the shipping mode defaults to the most expensive mode, overnite air early delivery, and if one is not alert one could end up with a very expensive shipping bill. Both of these cost you a 4 or 5 rating. |

Toolup.com went the extra mile when they shipped an item past their shipping closing time so that I could get my job done on time. I even received my Greenlee Bender a day earlier than expected. Good service/prices |

Overall, the shopping experience was good. I like how the site shows most of the details that were listed at the DEWALT site. This helped me to quickly compare items and then feel confident that I had purchased the right ones - the ones that had exactly the features I was looking for. The one low point to the Toolup site was that there were some minor web page errors, some icons never loaded (including the button titled "Evaluation" used to enter this survey), and the web pages for some particular tools loaded very slowly every time while others would always load quickly. Compared to most sites I go to frequently, this site seemed slower. But, then again, it could just be that the Internet is slow right now. Another low point to the site is that the links to enlarge the view of parts do not in fact enlarge the view of the parts: they just put the same-sized small picture on a different place on the screen. Not helpful. I like to be able to view the detail of products. Anyway, |

East to search. Quick and fast. Lots of stuff to order from. They were quick and easy. And their stock system was correct. I would really like other shipping options. UPS has lost to many packages and there seems to be some confusion at UPS as to who their real customer is. I would vastly prefer FED-EX even if they cost more. I have pretty much suspended doing business with any vendor who insists on using UPS exclusivly. |

The price was right. The free shipping is an added bonus that most sites don't offer. I will definitely check this site first next time. Smooth, easy to use site is also a plus. |

The only problem was the $10 fee for an order under $70.00. I feel the notice was not large enough to notice. I was not aware of this charge until after payment was sent. Other than that, my experience was good. |
