These people are total amateurs. Yes, they have all kinds of stuff but their customer service is non existent. I ordered something from them nearly two weeks ago and it still has not appeared. I called them and it took them 5 days to call me back!! When I finally talked to them the issue was the item was out of stock. Thats fine, I understand these things happen. But they should have called or emailed me to let me know. This would have allowed me to purchase elsewhere. When I explained (nicely) that I thought their service was somewhat lacking the woman HUNG UP ON ME. Stay away from these guys - buy from somewhere that actually values their customers. |

I filled in their order form from their web site and placed my order. I waited for 2 weeks, tracked my order and discovered it had beed shipped to my former address and returned to Totalvac. I called and was told that the order was placed on a Google order form and that the Google address had not bee changed by me, although I typed in my new address on their order form. They refunded to me the purchase price, but would not refund the shipping and handling cost, although software automatically changed the address I typed in to the old Google address. They lost 2 good customers because of a measly $6.95 shipping and handling charge and they denied that I had typed in my correct address. |

Waited two weeks for them to ship the items. I called several times with no response. I was just about to disputed the charge on my credit card and I finally got their shipping notice. Very poor customer service... |

I ordered a vac hose, vac bags and a vac tool for my Electrolux. None were listed as out of stock when I ordered. I waited two weeks and since had heard nothing from Total Vac, I went on line to check my order. The order had not even been shipped and it had been two weeks since I ordered. They had not bothered to let me know anything. I then called their line and was given a voice mailbox. I left my number and asked why my order had not even been shipped. I got an email back saying the vac tool was out of stock and probably in two weeks it would be in and they would ship it then. Outrageous. I filed a complaint with pay pal and plan to get my money refunded. Do not order from this group. I dont trust them. |

The price was right, but I still haven't received shipment. I placed my order 14 days ago for an "in stock" item and I'm still waiting. Funny thing is I placed an online order for a sewing machine part the same day from a vendor in Pago Pago (in the middle of the Pacific Ocean) and received that part a week ago! |

I ordered a "Hamilton Beach Blender Jar" which, it was stated, fit all Hamilton Beach Blenders. The price was $6.95 plus $3.95 for shipping. They said it was shipped on June 4, but was shipped on June 10 and received on June 20. The jar was not the same as the one that came with the blender, and was not manufactured by Hamilton Beach. It looked like it was very cheaply made. The lid that came with the blender did not fit the jar, rendering the jar useless. Since the jar screwed on to the blender, TotalVac claimed that it fit and thus if I wanted to return it I would be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and If I wanted a lid that fit, I could order it from them. If I did either of those things I would be paying more than I paid for the entire blender, so I'll just chalk it up to experience and be grateful I didn't waste more money with this company. |

This merchant offers excellent pricing, discount coupons and free shipping on $50+ orders. Their site is easy to navigate and they offer Paypal as a purchasing option. However, when I placed a $100 order all of the items were noted as "in stock". When I received my order confirmation email nothing stated that anything was not available. Four business days later my items have yet to ship. I called the merchant directly and was told that some of my items were not in stock and were expected to be in "maybe by the end of the month". It is not acceptable to me that customers are not notified that their orders may not potentially even SHIP for close to 15 days. Some sort of notification should have been sent. I plan to cancel my order once I reorder from another merchant. |

On 03/24/08 I ordered online spare parts for my ROOMBA 535. All parts appeared to be in stock, Order was processed and I got e-mail stated it. After 5 days of waiting, I e-mailed Vendor asking why my order is not shipped yet. Did not get any answers. 2 days later I sent another e-mail. No answer either. Today I called Customer Service an got an answer, that parts are on backorder. They did not explain, why I was not notified about it or why they did not answer my e-mails. I was very disappointed by the level of services provided. I cancelled my order. |

I ordered a bowl and top for a Cuisinart. In the special instructions, I asked that they make sure the parts fit. They did not. I got a return authorization and shipped it back on Dec. 24, 2007. The post office delivery receipt shows they got it on Jan. 7, 2008. It is Feb. 25, 2008 and I am still waiting for the credit. On Feb 18, 2007 they sent an email in response to my inquiry saying that the returns department still hasn't gotten to the box. "It might be down there and they just havent (sic) reached it yet." There is no way I will do business with them in the future. Retailer Response (04/01/2008): We do not have a spot for \"Special Instructions\" customer is mistaken. He was extremely rude to our customer service. He is an attorney who threatened to start a lawsuit against PayPal, Citibank and us over some Cuisinart parts. |
