I ordered a Tropical Bird wall sculpture and was delighted that the color was even better than on the website! It looks great in my Florida room. |

I placed my order online on October 9th 2006. I received an invoice via e-mail and then I received another invoice via regular mail. The item was set to be shipped out on the 13th of October of 2006. I called on October 19th 2006 and they stated that the bedding was on back order until February 2007. I understand things being backordered but they never even made an attempt to notify me. If you go on their website it doesn't show that it is on backorder and their website allows you to pay for the item even though it's on backorder, That is insane... I am VERY DISAPOINTED, I HOPE I get my money back! |
