I bought a HD Travelstar 80GB 7K100 7200tpm listed in stock on their web site. They shipped the wrong drive a travelstar 5k100. Obviously I called:they do not carry the 7K100 even though it is listed on their web site. They gave me a RMA number. However they do charge a restocking fee. When I asked if I was going to get charged a restocking fee for a screwup and misprint on their part, they would not answer. By the way the 7K100 is still listed on their web site. |

I ordered one item, it was supposed to be in stock and ready to ship. Then everything went wrong : - 5 days after ordering, I try to cancel, but no answer - 10 days after they finally ship the product. - I said I would refuse the parcel, they charge my credit card Of course no answer from their support . Now they say that therer is a 15% fee for refund and that they won't pay for shipping ! They end up refunding me only 75%, not 85% ! Worst experience ever. Cost me 100 USD for nothing. |

I HATE the requirement to attempt to sign an electronic document with a mouse just on the basis that you now hold an elctronic copy of my signature in an unsecure storage backup somewhere just waiting for identity theft to happen. I will rescind this comment if everything that seems turns out to be untrue. Listed on froogle (Zen Micro MP3 Player) was listed far below market value. The description of the product was incomplete and did not claim it was either A) New or B) in the box with all the accessories. It then listed headphones below the listing for over $600 in the "people that purchased the Zen Micro also purchased:" section. Second thing: Product Shipping Weight, 182 lbs-Price $97.99. Bait and switch! |

I was unable to update or change shipping and billing information. Since this was a new item I was skeptical of stock availability since no other websites listed the product as in stock. When I called to check stock I had to ask twice for verification. |

Never buy anything from them. They deal with their customers with bad faith. They will cancel orders at any time without telling you. If ever you would not be bothered to call them, they will just tell you that they just do not want to sell it to you and give no other reasons! |

Worst customer service. I placed an order on Nov. 9, 2004 for 4 Cisco 2950 switches. Got 2 on Nov. 22 and the other 2 on Dec. 15. One is DOA and I was directed by Trio International customer service to get Cisco case number. After got it, Trio claimed it is Cisco's responsibility but Cisco refused to service it since the switch supposed to be sold in Great Briton are. Trio insisted on 15 day return policy but some of shipment even was not shipped after 20 days. |

The site was pretty slow and you need more information on the products. It's nice to see a merchant carrying the XGI Volari line of video cards in the US, but your shipping charges are rediculous. Almost $20 for ground with a tracking number for one card??? I ship a lot of things, and packages weighing 8 times this card can be shipping for about $8 to New York from Texas (where I live) via FexEx or UPS with a tracking number. Please review your shipping options!!! |

My experience so far has been favorable, however, to be fair, though the site indicated the merchandise was in stock, I'm not sure of the delivery date. It was a little misleading to be told on PriceGrabber that there was no shipping, then to have to pay shipping for over a certain weight. At this point, I am satisfied but will be VERY happy when my printer arrives. :) I am VERY SATISFIED with my order. It actually came sooner than I thought it would. Thank you! |

I called before I placed my order to make sure it was in stock to ship same day. I was told it was, however 1 week later my order had not shipped. After calls to customer service I was told I should probably cancel my order and it wouldn't cost me anything. The guy at customer service is very rude and unprofessional. I will not shop here again.
