WOW! Fast, accurate service, products received were exactly as ordered and reasonably priced! (The scanner price was the lowest of all the retailers, and I also ordered a printer.) I had a question regarding the product, so I e-mailed triocomputers, and received an answer e-mail within a day! I would definately order from them again! |

(Edited February 28th by mkmicrobio) I found this vendor using the bottom line purchase price finder. They were the lowest price since they were charging no tax or shipping (if over $100). I was weary because there were only 3 reviews but they were all perfect. I am now adding to their perfect score. I ordered a HP 1115 printer on Sunday and had it by Tuesday. They called on Monday to tell me it was shipping and no additional sales pressure was given. No shipping insurance or high shipping rate concerns with these guys. |

Wow, these guys are fast. When I read the other reviews I was still scepticle. Imagine my surprise when in minutes I received an e-mail notification that the monitor I ordered had already shipped. I was still expecting average service when to my surprise, the monitor arrived the very next day. I will definately try this company again. Impressive:) |

These guys are fantastic. I am a first time buyer of a Viewsonic monitor from this fine establishment. I ordered it online on Labor Day Holiday, a Monday night. The monitor was delivered to my house the following Wednesday. Thats next day service, folks. I not only received the lowest price available when you consider their low shipping prices, but the fastest delivery also. I would definitely buy from TrioComputers again. Thanks, TrioComputers!!!! |

I was going to buy from Triocomputers but decided not to after I had read their return policy. The may be good at deliverying products but their return policy is very restrictive. They never give a refund - under any condition - only store credit. You also have only 15 days to get an RMA (for whatever reason) from the original order date - not the date the order arrives. Make sure you are happy with these terms before ordering (and compare with other merchants policies) Retailer Response (10/08/2002): First customer ever to rate our service before using it...we are sorry we couldn't prove better. Ratings are to be placed after the purchasing experience has been completed. |

I ordered a video projector from Triocomputers. Ordering such an expensive item from a vendor I had no experience with made me a bit nervous. But the reviews of the store were positive and the price couldn't be beat. I got quick responses to questions, both email and phone. The projector is great and it arrived on time as promised. I would definitely order from them again. |

Very bad experience! I ordered a projector for $2465 yesterday on-line but got an email notice today that it is out of stock. I am sure that when I ordered, it showed in stock. I called to confirm, the sales said "Do not mention yesterday, it is out of stock now!". I was told to check the web page frequenctly to see if it is available again and need to put an other order. The most thing make me upset is when I check its web site again, it is IN stock. However, the price increased to $2950! |

My new flat screen showed up in 5 working days just like advertised. Works perfectly. No hidden charges. What more can I ask for? I'll strongly consider Trio (based on price and availability) when I buy myself a new laptop soon. |

Advertise PWLA8492MTBLK5 for 163.20. Click on price. Description states "Single Unit Pricing", which can mean 1 box with 5 cards or 1 card. Click on part number and see "5PK INTEL PRO/1000 MT DUAL PORT GIGABIT COPPER CAT5 SERVER ADAPTER $163.20". Completed purchase. Called to confirm next day. After 10 minutes of sales person trying to find out if this is 1 card or 5, was told this price is for 1 card from the 5 pk. Would not honor their website or advertised price. Cancelled order. |

Before ordering product called sales for information was told I would be called back, no call. Went ahead and ordered product and kept checking order status on web site (which doesn't work) so finally called to follow-up. Was told order was cancelled although I never received a call or email from anyone informing me that it was or why. Will never buy (try to) from merchant again. |

I went to Triocomputers.com because they had the cheapest price without any hidden costs or large shipping charges. I ordered a Compaq server for my office and I received it the very next day and wasn't charge anything for shipping. Great seller A++++++++ |
