Tri State is NOT an authorized Tamron dealer, and because of this Tamron cannot guarantee the lens that you purchase from Tri State. Tamron does not know where these lens come from or the quality. If Tri State sells unauthorized lens, what other products do they sell that might not be from authorized suppliers. Also, at the time I bought my lens, Price Graber advertised a rebate from Tamron with the Tri State add, but because this was not the correct lens, there was not rebate available. Tri State felt that it was the fault of Price Graber, since it was there add. Shame on you Tri State!	Overall Rating

No shipping information provided through email or even on the website. Then they sent out a survey on satisfaction??!! 2. The first phone call to the customer service ended up with a promise to forward the shipping info but noting came 3. The second phone call to the CS made me mad because he said that I had problems with my email, but actually they did not do anything after the first call. 4. The second person hung up the phone on me. So the company believes that the problems are with the customers not with them. Be aware!! I would never shop here again!	Overall Rating
