I had issues with delayed shipping, after several conversations with three different departments, and no response back, I was extremely upset and disappointed. I accepted the fact that my TV would be delayed another week until I spoke with Kenny Braver. He was very patient in listening to my issues, that I was repeating for the fourth time, and kindly told me that he would do everything to help me. He promised to do everything he possibly could to resolve this matter and less than 20 minutes later, he called me to let me know my TV would be delivered the next day between 8a-12p. I was extremely shocked! Kenny understands the true meaning of great customer service and because of him, consumers like myself, who was an unhappy customer, ended up being the happiest customer. Thanks Kenny for all you do, and for taking the time out to go above and beyond! |

After submitting my order for a TV, this retailer wanted to up-sell me (expedite delivery charge, insurance charge, wall mount charge, etc.). I cannot get anybody on the phone to give me an update on my order as it has been 22-days since I placed my order. |

Beware of this company. It took nearly two weeks and contacting customer service twice to even get them to ship my order, then when it finally arrived it was the wrong item. They shipped me an older cheap model in an open box, but still charged me for the original item ordered. From other reviews I expect that my experience with getting this matter resolved will not be likely to be a good one. |

No order update, no email confirmation, item does not show as shipped & no one responds to any email requests for an update . . . phone call required to reach anyone only to get sales pitch of a different price and shipping than advertized. They do not honor advertized price or shipping. Expect uninsured delivery taking over 30 days. |

Terrible merchant. Ordered a Sharp Aquos LC-70LE734U TV. Site said Free Shipping was 3-7 Business Days. Received a phone call 3 days after the order was placed from the store stating UPS will not deliver the TV any longer but for $150 they can get it to me is 3-5 days. Told them no thanks. They then told me it would be a month. Told them to cancel the order |
