I was pleased with Tropical Traditions until....they raised their shipping price's and for an 8 dollar item which weighted 2 lbs they wanted to charge 10.94 for shipping. I think it is a scam when the shipping costs more than the item itself. I asked it they could use USPS boxes for shipping cheaper for the customer. They wrote back and told me to look for the specials on "free shipping" but that is only on their special items. I was outraged at the cost of shipping. I will never use them again, they are trying to rip off the customer/consumer through their shipping rates. That is very sad company to me, having to make money through their shipping policy,. Which was not like that last week, this is something new for them. Thank you, Karen Borg |

My only problem is that I prefer to order by phone. I like the one on one interface & the ability to ask a question & get an answer if needed. Just call me old-fashioned ;-) |

This is my second time trying to order so if there is a duplicate of this it should be changed. We are placing one order of 2 jars of Gold Label. I've been confused, but hopefully I got it right this time. I have too many things going on with first order that didn't go through. Once I figured out what to do, everything was fine. |
