I purchased two items from TSC Pets.com. One item arrived as ordered. The other item, a fluorescent tube in a plastic holder, was not sent. In its place, TSC Pets substituted (without my permission) a crummy little black flashlight. The flashlight did not work. TSC Pets' customer service was very slow to respond and, only after numerous email and phone contacts, did they issue a Return Merchandise Authorization. After they received the product, did they credit me properly? No! They charged me a 15% restocking fee -- this on top of the return shipping I had to pay. So, now I've paid $5.83 for NOTHING! Thanks for NOTHING TSC-Pets. |
