This works great. Easy to install. Plug in cable and FM wire. And thats it. Media Center finds it and downloads all channels for you. You can listen to the radio also! Highly recommended.

I bought this to replace my software based TV tuner (some kind of an ATI). I was throughly pleased. I use this with WIndows XP SP2 and Beyond TV by Snapstream Media. They work flawlessly together.
Beware: If you use a PVR-based Hauppauge card, Vista, and Beyond TV 4.7.x; there's a good chance you will have problems recording.
I had to switch back to XP because it was so bad. I think it's a Snapstream issue, but still, not good. They're working on it though.

TopStrengths: great OS support excellent tech support
Weakness: slightly higher cpu usage not quite the perfect picture
I like this a lot, and it's one of the few low profile cards with a real low profile bracket for htpc cases. Also, it has drivers for linux that work with mythtv, etc. Finally, Hauppauge tech support is excellent, if you have problems. I wish it were a pci-e card, though.

Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150MCE l.p. Personal Video...
Strengths: Good price for PVR hardware, radio feature, RCA jack (saves money on buying a converter).
Weakness: still have trouble getting radio to work. No remote
I bought the card for windows xp actually and so far TV is good, no problems, no hardware slow down, although I doubt there would be one with 2.8ghz pentium running. I'm still having trouble getting the radio to work since the program keeps giving me a dll error. It's probably just my configuration though. Basically, this has the best features for the price and my only gripe is that it doesn't come with remote.
