Excellent and very prompt service. Ordered a waterproof camera fa week before I was due to go on holiday. The order confirmation stated the camera was out of stock, yet on emailing to explain my predicament, the reply received said the camera was being despatched that day. I got the camera within three days. Top service! |

Only get a GOOD due to a e-mail glitch, that failed to tell me order had been dispatched. That said the company telephoned and e-mailed to explain, and the order was delivered on time. For value service and variety. Best I found on web. My son bought 2 weeks ago and feels the same. |

I ordered a Fuji Finepix HS20EXR camera on Thursday afternoon. I was asked which delivery time on Friday I would like to receive it (Morning or throughout the day.) As I was out on Friday, I asked if they would deliver on Saturday and was told Yes. The camera duly arrived at 9am on Saturday morning. Brilliant service, pleasant and friendly staff, fast delivery and great prices. I will certainly be dealing with UK Digital Cameras in the future. Lee |

Uk Cameras provide a service from the top drawer. An informed and knowledgeable phone call, a great deal and 1st class service. Their prices knock spots off high street retailers. My new CanonG12 is a superb camera. Highly recomended and would definitley use them again. |

I live in East Kilbride in Scotland and ordered a GE X5 Digital Camera and accessories from UK Digital Cameras late in the afternoon on the 26th January 2011. I received a prompt reply to acknowledge my order and then a following email that enabled me to track the parcel. I payed for Special Delivery but as the order was placed late in the day I did not expect it to arrive until the 28th January. However, I received the camera and accessories at 12 pm on the 27th. I cannot comment on the camera and accessories as it is a birthday present for my daughter but UK Digital Cameras provided value for money and an excellent service. If I require any other items in this category I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them. Thank You. |

I found UKDC to be a most excellent on-line company to deal with. The purchase of a new Canon G12 camera was cost effective, with plain and hassle free procedures followed by a very prompt delivery via RM Special Delivery. Following this, the G12 had a minor fault which UKDC replaced with a new camera within the 30 days guarantee period, again, hassle free and completed within 4 days. This is the first time I have used an on-line company for a camera purchase, I was encouraged by good reports via the 'net which have all rung true. I just wanted to say how happy and impressed I am with your service. Yesterday I ordered my camera (21st Dec) in the hope that I might get it before christmas but due to the time of year and the weather accepted that it would more likely be after christmas.
