Julie, the proprietor of Ultimate Nourishment, personally contacted me to tell me there was a delay in the arrival of the inventory that was needed to fulfill my order of a juicer. She offered me a discount if I was willing to wait an extra week for shipment. She also contacted me regularly to keep me updated on the status of my order. Despite the week delay, my juicer arrived in 15 days. I've had plenty of online purchases that took longer than that to arrive without any contact from the vendor. |

This site is fantastic...with a human touch. Great cs. The free gift was a great touch is great considering the price of the juicer. It is what made me choose the site over the others. You are the only one that offers juicing books as a bonus, a great gift to customers. :) |
