This is my first experience in ordering from this company. I found the site extremely easy to navigate, great visuals & descriptions of products, easy to access categories to find what you are looking for AND to also find things you didn't even know existed and that would benefit you and improve your health. So it is a source of education, as well. |

Impossible to rate overall since I just placed an order and have to wait until I receive it. I was notified by the merchant that the item was not available and they gave me an estimate of when it would be available. They also indicated I could cancel the order and were most pleasant and helpful about that. |

It's been 9 days and I have not recieved it yet even though they say UPS ground and I paid with Pay Pal. It should have been here by now. Retailer Response (01/07/2011): I apologize for your disappointment. The item you ordered, Herb Savor by Prepara, was featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show as one of her "Top 10 Favorite Things". Due to Oprah’s popularity and coupled with Holiday shopping the manufacturer Prepara ran out of stock. Because Prepara ran out of stock we were unable to restock our inventory of Herb Savors and sold out the morning of your order. We sent you a backorder email to you letting you know of the backorder and asked how you would like to proceed. I am sorry that you may have missed the email (maybe it was filtered into junk mail?). I also show in our notes we spoke with you on the telephone as well. The website was well organized, and check out was straightforward. The price was reasonable. The free shipping makes this merchant a standout. Update: The merchant contacted me to say that free shipping was not available with my item. I canceled my order. Retailer Response (01/07/2011): I am sorry for any confusion you may have had on what products qualify for free shipping. Our free shipping applies on all orders shipping within the Contiguous United States totaling over $99.00. However there are a few products that are exceptions to our free shipping, such as our meditation furniture and hand-weights. When you click the "free shipping" banner that says “click here for details” on our website, a small window opens explaining our free shipping in detail and which products qualify. Again, I am sorry that you were disappointed that the hand-weights you ordered did not qualify for free shipping.
