Excellent except that the description of the item, Champion socks model 1973 was a little confusing. These are "lo cut" socks, not "no show" as indicated. |

Ordered on Nov 4th. Still has not shipped, 5 days later. ROTTEN costumer "service". Costumer service did respond to my email; first phone call to them I was placed on hod for a long time (exceeding 3 minutes) and then their lined disconnected.. Second phone call they found my order and it has not shipped still, so I asked to cancel the order. They refused, saying it was now impossible to to stop it. Even though it hasn't shipped. They sure can charge my credit card lickity split. The manager I spoke with was rude and condescending. I'd rather spend more money at a better business. RIP OFF. STAY AWAY. |

Terrible Customer Service! Ordered 6 pairs of pants, they turned out to be the wrong size. I called their customer service several times to exchange them for the correct size, each time receiving a promise that someone would call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!! |

(Edited March 14th by ThatGuyThom) Absolute WORST shopping experience I have ever had online. Item received in a relatively timely manner, but wrapped in clear plastic wrap ruining gift surprise. When return attempted it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. Emailed 3x and NOT one email was returned. Finally called, was given the run around just to get a Return Authorization and it still took 6 weeks to get a response! Sent package immediately, wrapped better than it was sent to me and at a premium shipping expense (with tracking) & didn't get reimbursed until I filed a complaint with my credit card! Oh and they made sure to subtract their "shipping" charges from my refund. Purchase made mid-December, filed for return end of December, only got credit at end of FEBRUARY! |
