This is a total bait and switch site. DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered a Rush statue advertised at $59.00 and was shipped some plastic tubes that are supposedly a children's puzzle. They do not respond to customer service requests and have yet to make this right. |

This is the worst site I have ever purchased anything from. I get a confirmation email on the laptop I purchased, next day they say your battery pack is shipped. WHAT? no not what I ordered, oh sorry its shipped nothing we can do. Email them about fraud protection. Oh sorry nothing we can do! I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW HOW AWFUL THEY ARE AND TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY LIE AND LIE AND DO NOT HELP OR STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SAY. This "Laptop" is not a laptop, it is an overpriced ac adapter. After researching more of their sales they have many more listings like this one. I have reported them to pricegrabber, pcworld. I will never do business with them. UnbeatableSale's Response: This was a mismatched listing on PriceGrabber, which has been removed. We offered a full refund. The listing issue is being worked on with PriceGrabber. Thank you for your feedback. |

The price of my item was the best on the internet - I shopped it before I bought. UnbeatableSale's website was easy to use, straightfoward and the written directions were clear. I liked that PayPal was accepted as a payment source. I received emails updating me of the status of my purchase through the delivery of my item. The cost of shipping was reasonable. Shipping was much faster than I expected. I was very impressed with my shopping experience and will shop with UnbeatableSale again. |

Super bad customer service. I was sent the wrong item and it took 5 phone calls to get them to pay for shipping to send it back. On hold for at least 30 minutes each time. Then I had to call again after I shipped the item back 2 weeks later to get my refund. |
