I called up Unique & the amiable service explained that it was being custom ordered from the factory, so at that point I understood & was willing to wait. (Not to mention this was during the big winter storm that hit the US hard) I got it later that week. Having a few questions, I called and talked with person willing to listen to my thoughts about the product & he was proactive, suggesting solutions, etc. Thanks for being a true great sport as a merchant -- will look to buy from again. Last but not least -- lowest price around, even with internet comparison shopping!!!	Overall Rating
