I sent three emails to the merchant trying to cancel this order after the item hadn't shipped after six days and they had already billed my card. None of the emails were answered. I eventually had to call them three more times in order to get the order cancelled on 6/20/06. On June 28 I sent an email asking for the status on the credit, for which I never received a response. On June 30 I called and spoke with someone who said that he would see that my card gets credited. It still hasn't been done. |

They had the best prices and best selection of APC batteries, but order processing was so slow: ordered on May 23rd and order shipped on June 8th (while they advertise 1-3 business days for order processing). Called sales today and someone immediately picked up - no IVR answering system. While the person was helpful in providing DHL tracking numbers, this suggests a very small business. |

Had the lowest prices for Epson Stylus Pro 7800 supplies & showed items in stock. After a week I emailed to get order status. Next day I received an email stating my order was canceled because their supplier no longer carried the items. Why did I have to wait a week & initiate the email correspondence to find out my order was canceled? |

Don't always believe what you read. In Storage means someone else's storage, they use other distributors web site(s) to place your orders and acquire the status. This is just a broker company that you are paying extra for. The person you talk to check on your order will say "I'm only the phone guy" when questioning about your order. Your better off going somewhere else. |

Had to dispute the charge on my credit card with my bank. After 3 weeks, 4 emails, 4 faxes and 4 phone calls with no response they finally told me Epson disqualified them for professional ink. But they charged my credit card and after 3 weeks still did not issue a refund!!! |
