The merchant offered a wide selection of product offerings. I was able to easily compare different manufacturers products and pricing on the site. Information provided was relevant and enabled an educated decision. Ordering process was very streamlined, shipping costs easily accessible and payment options varied. I was very pleased with my online shopping experience with UniStorage. I received a call from a UniStorage representative the day after I placed my order. I was informed the product ordered was now discontinued, I was given a model number for a replacement product, however I have not yet re-ordered a replacement. I am currently shopping around for alternatives. |

Couldn't pay by credit card for some reason, so I had to pay by PayPal with the credit card I would have used anyway. Then I had to ship it to the same address as my billing address, which isn't what I wanted to do either. Shipping time was too long. |

They accepted my order and charged my credit card and then sat on my order for a week. In order to cancel my order I had to call and email multiple times - STAY AWAY!! |

Slow shipping, and when I got the system, there were no tone controls on it. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks now for a RMA number, and now they tell me they will charge a 20% restocking fee. SSSSLLLOOOOWWWW!!! Keep away! Will NEVER use them again. They don't know how to do internet business. |

Very slow processing. It is a single item order, I placed it over the weekend hoping I would get it by the end of the week. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received shipping confirmation (i.e. it hasn't even left yet) They didn't waste any time charging my account though. |

I called customer support to ensure that the item I was ordering was in stock because very few other stores had the item in stock. The CS rep assured me they had 15 in stock ready to be shipped. I ordered the item IMMEDIATELY on the website, which was a time sensitive order that I paid for rush shipping and processing, and assumed all was well. 5 hours later after I had left my office for the day and there was no more chance of having an order shipped overnight they called to tell me the item is out of stock and they don't expect to get it in for another month. Then have the nerve to ask me if I'd like to wait!! Clearly a bait and switch move trying to get me caught up and waiting for them to order it. Buyer beware!! |

They have excellent prices on printers, however they are not a name I have heard ever to be honest, I hope it arrives to me in a timely manner, and there are no back end issues. the site overall was a bit hard to navigate, but I got the hang of it after a while. the checkout process is rather extensive, but they definitely explain everything, IF... you read ALL of it. good experience, just took a while. |

This is the worst company to order from. They charged my credit card the day after my order was placed. Then four days later I get an email saying the product is out of stock, when their website shows it being in stock ready to ship the next day. The only difference, the price went up $70. They cancelled my order without talking to me first and when I called them, finally got through, I was told my credit card would be refunded in about a week. So they get my money, interest free, for over a week, I have to pay interest on it and I don't get what I ordered. Nice! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. |

They are showing this item in stock after canceling my order with no items in stock. Don't waste your time here. Might have to pay more somewhere else, but even if the item was free, it's not much of a bargain if they don't stock the item. |

I bought a TV stand online. The credit card was charged right away. After four days I did not receive an email about the order being shipped. So I called and after getting hung up on once and put on perpetual hold 3 other times I finally got through to someone. She told me that what I wanted was backordered for at least two weeks. So not only did they not bother to tell me, they charged my credit card weeks before they ever intended to ship. Poor experience. Stay away! |

like i said in the other one i would like to see my product arrive in a timely mater. from here out is after i got my product, you say that product usually ships in 24 hours and it took a week to ship but once it shipped it arrived the next day. so you should work on ship time from the order date (but good exp) |
