After four days I did not receive an email about the order being shipped. So I called and after getting hung up on once and put on perpetual hold 3 other times I finally got through to someone. She told me that what I wanted was backordered for at least two weeks. So not only did they not bother to tell me, they charged my credit card weeks before they ever intended to ship. The two light items came from two separate places. Only after a phone call did I find that the wire was obsoleted and would not come at all. After 3 phone calls I have yet to receive my refund but they claim it has been sent to the credit card company. What's worse is that they say the refund will include only about $5.00 for the shipping, whereas, the shipping cost of the wire alone on the site was $15.41. The "bait and switch" part of the scam is that the wire that I ordered is still "available" on the site for the next sucker. It was a very good price -- too good. The bottom line is that they charged me $18 shipping on items weighing a few ounces and refunded $5 for an item weighing 4 to 5 pounds which is on their site but not available. Been fighting with my credit card company since May. They finally said there is nothing more they can do. Non-existent customer service. Finally gave a partial refund for almost $2000 of racks that never showed up. Buy anywhere but here. These people don't seem to have any morals or ethics and certainly have no idea about customer service. I would strongly advise not to do business with these people. They must work out of their garage because they never answer their phone. Now if you want to know how I really feel....	Overall Rating

Emailed customer service and got a response saying it would ship 7/24...which of course it didn't. Sent customer service another email requesting to cancel order but received no response. Then I wasted 10 minutes getting hung up on by their automated phone tree this morning. I see no reason why you should ever do business with these guys. Certainly seems like I'm not alone with my complaints...only wish I'd read the store reviews before ordering. They billed my CC the next day. 7 days later I checked status because I did not receive tracking info and I found out it did not ship yet. I tried calling for 5 straight days getting sent to different voicemails. I finally talked to someone and cancelled the order. I received a cancellation email next day. But 5 days later now I still have not received my $5200 back....STAY AWAY!!! Retailer Response (09/11/2008): Product is a Manufacturer direct Special order. Customer has been informed about this but has been unreasonable and uncooperative when our sales team explained to him the shipping process as it has to be schedule by truck and freight carrier. The customer has been unreasonable and wants the product in his door in impossible means.	Overall Rating
