More product info would be nice but the most important info was provided, i.e. Manufacturer Part # that matches Product Name & Description. I had some reservations about how your price was the lowest so it would be nice to see how you accomplish that to ease new customer doubts about any new company one does business with. -Thanks got the order + everything seems in order! |

This merchant was wonderful, calling me personally immediately upon receiving my order-for a minor shipping glitch on my end. Resolving that, my Back up unit was shipped the same day, arriving only 2 days later! Very personal, rapid service. |

Good customer service. They called about a credit card glitch. After I called the credit card company, Unistorage called a second time to say all was well. The APC power supply arrived exactly as advertised, and the serial number indicated 'freshâ stock. The price was fantastic! I would purchase from them again. |

Went to check on the status of our order that is over-30 days old, and found that the vendor had CANCELLED our order without notifying us. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We won't take another chance on Unistorage. Retailer Response (02/03/2005): Hello, Upon cancellation of any order e-mails are automaticlly sent to the addresses provided. Placed order on 7/1 for a UPS. Received order confirmation, but as of 7/9 have not received product. Also have not been able to contact Unistorage sales using contact information on their web page in order to get order status. Sent e-mail cancelling order. |

Site said they had stock and usually ship next day; their shipping charges are much higher than normal, but their prices lower than normal, so on balance it seemed like a good deal. They just didn't ship! The order was for $1000 worth of TrippLite products and finally they say they have asked TrippLite to ship but they were very rude, claiming they don't have to ship for ten days. They couldn't give me a tracking number and I felt badly treated. They didn't answer emails, either. Retailer Response (07/13/2005): Hello, These products were ordered by way of ground shipping. Ground shipping is described on our website as 3-7 business days. The order was placed on 7-5 and will be received by 7-15. We did take 1 day to process the order. If you disregard the weekend we will have delivered the product on time. The tracking numbers were e-mailed as soon as they were available to us. Ordered on a Mon. (website said parts in stock), got confirmation email. Nothing on Wed. so I called. Req. tracking #, nice guy said I should get it tomorrow. Thur. nothing. I sent email req. tracking number, noticed I hadn't been billed yet! Fri., nothing. Called again, nice guy transferred me to nice lady, found out parts hadn't been in stock until that week. Was billed. Good: Nice staff. Bad: No communication. Inaccurate website stock info. Slow processing. High shipping costs. |
