I do not know if this gift will be wrapped even though it had space for a "gift card." Secondly, it is taking a while for me to get a confirmation on my e-mail . I was told the items were out of stock but would ship in 1-2 weeks. At the conclusion of 2 weeks, I emailed to ask about the Order. It took two days to respond that it would be one more week. Two weeks later, and not a PEEP from them, I emailed again. After two days of no response (Oct. 1, 2009), I called, and the phone representative stated that the order would be complete the next day. I stated that I was very disappointed in the broken delivery promises and failure to communicate. The phone representative agreed to send the placesettings via next day air. Later, my previous customer contact refused to honor that commitment (for a shipment 2-3 weeks late already). The only positive thing I got out of this was that I was able to cancel my order. UG will not keep you updated if it does not plan to meet its original delivery projections, and it will renege on its representatives' previous guarantees. Avoid!	Overall Rating

However, I received a prompt email from customer service stating that it was possibly backordered 1-2 weeks. They managed to ship out the item within a week, so I received it in time.
