Posted Mar 27, 2008 - Pay more for better quality/support. Had problems periodically where systems on the UPS reset unexpectedly. A self test results in an immediate reset of connected systems, yet event log displays no errors. Support quickly agreed unit defective but insisted replacement cannot be sent before receipt of defective unit; they offer no advance replacement guaranteed by credit card. Do not operate in critical environment without functional spare available.
