The box was open, packing materials were broken into small pieces. The order arrived here on Thursday, July 24. As of today, July 31, the replacement has not yet been shipped. The customer service regarding the return and when I could expect a replacement was very poor until I asked to speak to the Customer Service Manager. She has been very polite and helpful. The company's explanation for the delay in shipping the new product is because of the paperwork required. I found out from the local shipping agent that the company shipping my order had a record of damaging shipments. U.S. Appliance is under contract with the shipper and say they cannot use any other company. I have little confidence that I will receive the second shipment undamaged. Additionally, I think longer than a week is too long to take before making the second shipment. I would think they would ship the very next day.	Overall Rating

After receiving the HDTV and un-boxing it I have to say I am happy with the purchase and the seller. Ordered on a Sunday, confirmation of order that day, 4 business days later I received notice of the shipper's status, received a call later that day and had it delivered the next business day.
