Products aren't really in stock when it says they are, you get a order confirmation, then find out many days later that they were 'just kidding', didn't really have the sale priced product but could sell you one at full price. When I called with a question, a person actually answered the phone each time. Bad: Took 4 days just to get order processed. Long delay (several days) to get order status and another week to get shipping info. I knew ordering online could take some time, but lack of communication left me wondering what was going on. They call it "Free Shipping" with a $30 service charge. Gimme a break, just call it $30 for shipping. Now that I know the deal, I would order from them again...it just takes time.	Overall Rating

It should have been clear on the site when the item would ship. They did agree to cancel my order when it became clear that they did not have it in stock.
