Ordered on Jan 31 and didn't hear anything from them until feb 19 that my order had been damaged and they were not able to reorder the same item because it was discontinued. They offered a different item for a much higher price and refused to honor they same price I paid for the other. Then after I agreed to go ahead with the new machine I was told after I called back it would be an additional 2-3 weeks for all of the items to arrive. All along i had already been waiting 3 weeks and my credit card was charged on Feb. 2, 16 days before I was even told that items would not be shipped to me and I would have to wait an additional 3 weeks. I told them to cancel the order! I will never order anything from them again especially a major purchase! Thank you	Overall Rating

I received an email the day after I ordered saying that my shipment would arrive in 3 weeks! Well, when your refrigerator is broken, of course, you can't wait that long! It should have been clear on the site when the item would ship. They did agree to cancel my order when it became clear that they did not have it in stock. When I called with a question, a person actually answered the phone each time. Bad: Took 4 days just to get order processed. Long delay (several days) to get order status and another week to get shipping info. I knew ordering online could take some time, but lack of communication left me wondering what was going on. They call it "Free Shipping" with a $30 service charge. Gimme a break, just call it $30 for shipping. Now that I know the deal, I would order from them again...it just takes time.	Overall Rating
