I got a call the next day from Bruce to verify my order. He alerted me of a different package that was in my best interest. He answered any questions I had an got me faster shipping. This is my first time ordering from us1camera. I haven't received my order yet but so far it's been a great experience. I would recommend us1camera to anybody. |

(Edited October 22nd by carolgrindrod) I ordered a camcorder with another online business about a week ago. They neglected to tell me that they were out of stock. SO I decided to cancel that order and place my order with US1Camera. Before today I ws excited about ordering through US1camera. I was told on Tuesday that they would get me my order on Friday, gauranteed, however, I received an email tonight stating it was shipped out today (Thursday) using FedEx ground(4-6 business days.) I have no problem waiting and was planning on waiting before they promised it would be to me on Friday. I'm a sales rep and I know the do's and don't's of promising things to customers. If you can't make it happen, don't promise it. Always under promise and over deliver! Also, talking to them on the phone is not a pleasant experience. I expect friendliness, it sounded like I was bothering them by checking on my order. I will think twice before using this online business again. |

There was some confustion about my address, but US1Camera was exceptional because their representative went out of his way to 1) contact me and 2) sweeten the deal with several offers not shown on the internet. I will certainly check with US1Photo FIRST before making any other purchases!! |

I canceled my order form this web site the first time I shopped since it took forever to get a tracking number and I am thinking of canceling again. I don't understand why it takes more than two weeks, a bad review on pricegraber and an argument with customer service to get a tracking number. |

(Edited October 14th by Richard_2009) I placed an order for Sony HDR-XR520V on 9/29/2009. I got an email on 10/5/2009 that they need me to contact them to verify my order. Victor told me that they have problem with AMEX and asked if I can use a different card, I gave them my VISA card number and he tried to sell me all these add-on that I don't need. I turned them down. I was told he will process the order right away. I called them again on 10/12/2009 and checked on the status. Customer support, Alex told me that they over sold on the product and I will have to wait another week and a half before they have stock. Told me to go get it elsewhere. - 10/14/2009 - Got a call from Kevin and he apologized for the above incident. Since I have already ordered another camcorder from a different store, Kevin insisted that I accept a lithium battery for my inconvenience. I guess they care enough to call. I changed my rating from 1 star to three stars. I hope to have a better experience with them next time. |

This was the best price and was soo pleased w/the free case/minitripod which we needed!/lens protector/cleaner/free shipping! The reason I think my order took awhile was because I had sent a comment w/some questions which I later got answers for but it triggered an email to call for confirmation on the order. I'm in PST and so I'd miss their hours. That was the only drawback. Kevin was nice enough to then expedite my shipping even for a Saturday delivery! |

I recently purchased a DSLR from US1 Camera. They were very competitively priced and this pushed me to purchase from an unfamilar vendor. I need this order in a hurry, thus skipped the free shipping (which is a great offer in and of itself) and opted to pay a little extra. Bruce contacted me directly today (M) after placing my order last Thursday to validate my order. I expressed my concern around the camera not getting to me on time and he gave me information on how I could ensure that it would. I purchased three day shipping from Bruce, I hope he can follow through. Bruce also got me to add a 3 year warranty for half the price. All in all, I feel I got a great deal and the fact that I was contacted directly vs. the other way around is a nice change. I will update this review once I recieve the product as promised (quality and time). |
