My operator Victor was extremely patient and very helpful. Suggested other products as well that I might consider purchasing next time. Completely satisfied now. [ORIGINAL] I ordered a product and thought it would ship within the next few days in accordance with the policies stated on the site. However, they decided that they would wait to ship it until they could talk to me to try and upsell me on purchasing an ancillary product. Suffice it to say, it took four days before they got in touch with me and my order still hadn't shipped.	Overall Rating

I've never needed a reason to sign up for an account and review a merchant because for the most part I've been very happy with the merchants I've dealt with. This was not the case with US1 Camera. I tried to purchase a camera from them and got nothing but problems. My shipping and billing address are different. I've made hundreds of online purchases before with a billing address that is different then where I would like it shipped. Because of work I tend to move around a lot and my shipping address changes often. Even after adding my shipping information to my credit card and calling back and forth between US1 Camera and my credit card several days went by and I finally got fed up and cancelled my order. I should not have to be making phone calls every day just to purchase a camera. Don't do business with them, the price is not worth it.	Overall Rating

Since I am from Brazil, he asked me to send pictures of my CC and of my identity. After that, the purchase was approved and a few days later, the camera was properly sent.
