(Edited September 15th by brede_kh) Ordered a Canon Rebel Xsi with 18-55 mm lens on August 27th. I called the next day to ask when it would be shipped and talked to a rude person. Was then transferred to another person who tried to sell me accessories for the camera. He then told me orders usually shipped within 1-2 days but he would make sure they shipped my order quickly. On September 2nd I received an e-mail saying the order had been shipped, 7 days after I ordered it. I called to ask why it took so long and met a person that was not very understanding. He said that it's notmal that it takes 1-2 days to ship, and I said it took 7 days and he said "Yeah, that's normal". I asked if they would give me anything for my troubles like a free memory card and he said no. Will never shop here again. Got a call from them after they had read this review, offering me a 4GB memory card for free if I changed this review to 5 stars. It's just too little too late. |

i first purchased my order online. i feel that the website may need a little work, but the next day i recieved a call from James Carter from us1camera regarding a question about my order. he proceeded to ask me a few questions and i was able to ask him some questions about what i was getting and he helped me to his fullest extent and was very understandable and personal with my order. its people like this that make me want to continue ordering from us1camera |

I would highly recommend US1 Camera. Ask for Bruce! He was great - very knowledgeable - knows his products - not pushy - extremely helpful and pleasant. He put together a perfect package for my needs. I am totally satisfied with my purchase - no surprises when the package arrived - everything was just as promised! |

My sales person was named Bruce and he was incredible! Every time I mentioned something I wanted, he was able to give me a special telephone rate that wasn't mentioned on the company's website. I ended up saving about $300 by his helping me out. As well, the package arrived a day earlier than it was supposed to! I will DEFINITELY be using US1Camera again! |

(Edited August 25th by SACB) I had a bad experience in the beginning with one of the sales man whom claim to be the manager and gave me terrible service. After this incident I got a call from the real manager (Kevin) and he fix this issue with real customer care behavior and professionalism. The deal with the initial product couldn't be finish but I was impress about Kevin attitude. |

(Edited August 20th by rakins3_9748889865) First of all you need to know they drop ship everything so don't expect much info on your order till it shows up at your day. I was warned that they would trick you into calling after the order to sell you over priced stuff like; batteries, memory card, warranty and they did. When you see a 5 star rating I don't know how they got these. Their best should be a 2 or 3. I don't think they have resources to give five star services. I ordered a D90 and 18 200MM camera. It was a "Gray Market". You need to go on line and read about "Gray Market" Nikon USA will not touch them as for as repair or Warranty. It has to be sent back to US1 Camera for repairs. I got my money back and felt lucky to do so. Pay the extra money to buy else where you will save the crap Do your own search for complaints. Note: Kevin called and took care of the problem; he even sent me a free SD card to make up for the money I paid to send it back |

Bruce called me at home just to verify key items with my order to ensure that it would arrive with satisfaction. He informed me that the battery that came with the camera only had a 40 minute life and offered other options. He was helpful. In the end, this was a stressfree experience and only will go bad if the unit does not arrive as ordered. John - Green Bay, WI |

I called to order the Canon T1i kit but I got much more than that. The sales rep, Victor, described a few special deals and one that he thought would particularly fit my needs. I got an extended life battery, rapid charger, 4GB SD card and a few other goodies for what I thought was a fantastic deal. He was really considerate of what my needs were and worked to help me get a complete package. I will definitely use US1Camera again. |

I was really surprised that I was getting such a good deal on US1Camera.com. I was looking for the Canon EF Lens and found that it was available for very low price at US1Camera.com. Somehow, my credit card people had put an hold for transactions of higher values and the sales person at US1Camera called me to update on the order. I gave another card and the order was shipped immediately and arrived on time as requested. I used the lens for 2 days to check for the image clarity and performance. I somehow found that I had to upgrade to an "L" series lens and so I called up US1Camera for the return policy. KEVIN @customer service(Ext 201) was very courteous and listened to my concerns. He even suggested if I needed an exchange but I had decided for an upgrade. So Kevin gave me clear instructions about the return process and ensured that these details were send to my email for reference. I appreciate Kevin and everyone@ US1Camera. I surely recommend US1Camera for the price and service. |

This is the second time I've purchased high-priced pro camera equipment from US1Camera. Both times they had the lowest price in the market. Customer service was fast and attentive. I highly recommend taking a look at what they have when on the market for a camera. |

Disappointing since I have ordered from them before with no problems. I cancelled my order and ordered from another retailer. A few days later James called and apologized about the mixup. He was very concerned about the service their company provided and went above and beyond to mend my suspicions about how they handle business. This is certainly a company that is very intent on providing good customer service, and I will definitely return for my next photo-related purchase. |
