I had purchased my point and click camera from US1 and was more than satisfied with the purchase, level of service, and extremely competitive price, so their's was the first website I checked out when researching the Nikon D90. They have wonderful packaged deals and an advertised promotion led me to call in instead of ordering online as I normally do. I was glad James Carter was my customer service representative - he was very knowledgeable about the camera and its accessories. I was wary that they'd try to pressure me in to purchasing a lot of items I didn't want, but the deals offered were amazing and I was not pressured to buy anything I didn't want to if I initially said no. Thanks again for another great buying experience - now I just hope the camera lives up to its reputation:)	Overall Rating

Their prices are extremely competitive and they have wonderful "packaged deals" you can't find on any other site. The day after I placed the order I received a brief, but effective call from James Carter (a wonderful customer service representative) who confirmed my shipping address and helped me make sure I had the best package for my needs. He is a excellent sales representative with extensive knowledge on digital camera products and accessaries. He clearly introduced the Nikon Coolpix P90 camera, accessaries and good prices. He clearly answered my questions too with good suggestions. In just a few minutes, I decided to purchase the camera and the necessary accessaries. Ordered by phone to get free case, etc. Was persuaded to buy extra filter, etc, for a "deal". After giving billing info, total was $400 more than it should have been. He lied, said he accidentally charged for filter kit instead of filter. When reviewing my order again, he increased the prices he had first quoted me for the additional items. I asked his name - he paused and said "Bob...Kennedy"...odd?! I asked for his manager and he said HE was the manager. By this point, I didn't believe anything he said. I asked him to cancel my order, which he did. I called back and spoke with "Kevin" in customer service. Kevin was more polite, but it sure sounded like "Bob". He offered many things to save the sale but I declined. He insisted "Bob Kennedy" did work there and was new. 1 wk later "James Carter" (trend?) called to give me a free warranty if I took my review off Pricegrabber; said he fired Bob. DON'T TRUST! Her ext was 329, and she did everything, even called my bank to cancel the first order the salesman ( ext 325 ) messed up, then put my order through again correctly even upgrading me to overnight shipping to my camera would come the day I needed it. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty for me. The product was excellent, with exception to the "free tripod" which turned out to be a 4" little thing. but I guess thats better than nothing since I didnt pay for it. US1 had the BEST PRICES BY FAR and I did a lot of reearch. Would recommend this merchant to everyone.	Overall Rating

But, much to my pleasure, the order was shipped in full and arrived within 7 days of my order -- just in time for the holiday weekend. The sales agent was helpful, suggested a number of deals that were not available online, and assured me that the shipment would arrive in time. I did not initially receive the order confirmation email, but after a call to customer service, they resent the message and I got it no problem. My order arrived within 7 days after placing the order (4 days of being shipped using standard shipping), which was anticipated. Merchant called me to verify billing & shipping information, which made me feel added that there was added security to the purchase. They also informed me of a special on lens filter. US1 camera had the best price among the sites that appeared to have good reputable ratings. While I was told that the camera would take 7 to 10 business days to ship, I actually received the product in three days!!! Once I decided on the Canon PowerShot, US1CAMERA was by far the best price overall and the sales group had gone out of their way to personally call me after making an online purchase to explain and offer a better package and price deal on all of the items combined that I had ordered. Excellent service and by far one of the few companies out in the marketplace that makes every attempt to satisfy their customers. Thank You it was great doing business with you.
