I have had a bad experience recently but took a chance on US1 Camera. The only glitch was it said free shipping and I got an auto charge of $4.95. When I placed the order on line there was a place for me to make comments and I brought up the shipping. When I got an email that the order had shipped they had taken the shipping off. In addition, the order shipped on 2 Jun 7-9 business days ground. I received the order on 3 Jun. I was very pleased and overall this was a great shopping experience. Richard |

Price was exceptional, placing an order on the site was simple. Be warned that, at least for large purchases like this, they *do* contact you for the order confirmation and relatively high-pressure upsell for things like extended warranty, etc. It's easy enough to say no, but it is annoying. Also, I don't think they'll actually ship until they reach you. |

Salesman was courteous and knowledgeable, price was very competitive, camera arrived when it was supposed to and everything was in good order. Salesman did NOT try to pressure me into purchasing anything that I didn't want. I would definitely use US1Camera again. |

But later I've got a call from US1Camera representative with an explanation of the delay. I suppose it was a misunderstanding and so I am leaving them 4 stars. |

On a scale of 1 to 100 I would give this company a 91. Its service was friendly (I made one call to customer service) and the price of the Olympus SLR body I purchased was lower than the other legitimate resellers. While I would not use this company's free delivery if my need was urgent: Still, it played fair and delivered my full order within the time parameter it promised. |

I was pleased to received the merchandise ordered as advertised. This was the 5th time I had ordered this product since April 28 only to have other vendors cancel because they either didn't have the product on the shelf as advertised or cancelled when I would not pruchase accessories at an inflated price. The only problem I had with US1 Camera is if they shipped freight free as advertised then they would not ship for 5-7 working days, however if I was willing to pay a premimum shipping fee then they found a way to ship within one working day. So the shipping fee is obviously a profit center. My point is if they could ship a UPS Ground order for a fee, then they could have also shipped the same order in the same time frame for the "free shipping" as advertised. So I would up paying $22.90 more than the advertised price. Regards, Dave |

Ordered Canon HG10 camcorder on Apr 10th, 2008. Shipping did not contain cannon battery. Called them to report missing battery. Was told they will send replacement. Didn't receive it. Called again. Was told they didn't have it and that they placed an order. Received the battery on Apr 25th. It wasn't a cannon battery but a generic brand. Called to enquire why I wasn't sent a canon battery, which is what I paid for. A long phone conversation with Donna ... was told to return the generic battery and they will replace it with Canon battery. I returned generic battery, which they received it on May 19th. Waited for the battery for 2 weeks. Called them on June 3rd to check. Was told that they have placed an order. Finally, got my battery on June 5th---almost 2 months after I received my camera. In these two months, the the Camera price went down from $710 (which I paid for) to $647. I lost $63 dollars, and I wasn't able to use the camera for my first child's birth on April 26th :( |

(Edited June 16th by tassit) I don't normally write reviews, but this company has earned my business. I am Extremely satisfied with my first purchase from US1camera . I purchased a Canon 24-70 f/2.8L lens and Canon 580ex flash from them. There was a slight delay on the initial shipping of the items I ordered (1 item was out of stock), but after calling them, they upgraded my shipping to express at no charge to make sure i'd get my items in time. I ended up deciding that i didn't really need the flash unit and ended up returning it. The refund was handled very timely. The only thing that could be improved upon is the time it takes to get through to their customer service, i was on hold for a while both times i called But once i did get through, their customer service rep was extremely polite and helpful. They were much more helpful than any other online vendors that i've dealt with! Overall the whole buying experience was extremely pleasant and I definitely plan to purchase from them again. Highly recommended!! |

More details as to why it takes us1photo.com 2-4business days to process an order in this day and age would be nice! NOT ENOUGH PACKAGING...My camera BOX for a $1600 was heavily banged-up. My camera works, but seriously...consider shipping in a slightly bigger box with a a layer ALL AROUND the item of protection. |

I tried to call because they said it made processing faster. I waited on the phone for over 45 min and then was disconnected. It was much easier to just order online. I just hope that it arrives in time! |

Paid to have camera shipped express 3-day delivery and recieved it on time, but US1Camera back ordered the memory card required for operation of camera, and then shipped it pony express. Got it 21 days later. To use my new camera I bought a memory card at a local store completely erasing any price advantage of buying it on the web in the first place. I requested a refund of shipping charges. US1Camera called to apologize and admit an unfortunate error. A fast talking salesman convinced me to accept a battery and lens filter as compensation. I agreed and received some low quality stuff worth only 2/3 of my shipping cost. US1Camera agressively begs for good reviews from disgruntled customers like me on price grabber. If they put as much effort into running their core business well and learned the basics of integrity people like me might become good customers. So next time I'll shop somewhere else. |

US1 Camera has very good prices and delivered on time. Customer service department is adequate, but it depends on who you get answering the phone. In my case I had to call twice - first time I was hung up on after waiting 30 min, second time got answered straight away and solved all questions. No complaints. |

Placed my order and did not get any e-mail confirmations. Called the next day that they said they had problem with my credit card. I agreed to use another card. I waited another 2 days. Still no e-mails. Called them again and they told me the item was out of stock. I cancelled the order and they said they would refund my credit card and send me confirmations. I waited another 2 days and still no e-mails. Called again. Waited and still no e-mails. They did refund the credit card though. |

I was hesitant to order at first but ended up having a wonderful transaction. Being on a tight budget they simply had the lowest price. I did the research online about them and decided to go ahead. It was one week from the order date until I got the camera (did the free shipping). I saved about $200 off the camera in trade for the their 2-4 days processing time. Well worth it!! This was an online order. |

Great price "Unbeatable" Company was hard to reach by phone but made a great effort to please. They overnighted my purchase at their expense because I needed it for the weekend. This was a high demand item! I would buy from them again. |
