As to the speed and printing quality, I won't hastate to rate them an A. The total delivery time took 10 days in total, a bit too long. As I paid double the shipping cost for my order of two printers for same destination, the 10 -days DHL shipping seemed to be very much unacceptable. The worse thing was that during the 10 days, I had to stay home most of my time for fear of missing the delivery, and there was no phone I could call to find out. I was very upset about this. US_ELECTRONICS's Response: All the item we sell comes with the manufacturer warrenty. Buyer has received the brand new item in the manufacturer sealed retail box. unfortunately there was problem with the item even it was in the sealed manufacturer retail box. this kind of problem is not under our control.The problem has been already solved by the manufacturer.sorry for the inconvenience	Overall Rating
