After emailing them, they very quickly sent me another battery, in the same unusable condition. There is no point in using a laptop that will only run on batteries for 30 mins. I understand that the product is used, but when they sell it as refurbished you assume it will work correctly. Here is the email they sent me after my second battery would not work: "Considering that you have a refurbished battery, it will not take full charge. As stated on our website, we can not guarantee the battery to hold more than 30 minutes. The only thing I would like to see is a comparison option or a way to select several items that I am interested in so I can go back and decide which one I want.
