Bissel carpet cleaner

Strengths: Easy to use
Weaknesses: Short lifespan
The Bissel ProHeat Steam Cleaner was easy to use, fill and empty. It did a good job cleaning carpets, but the machine did not last long before the pump stopped working. For a machine that was only used a few times in a year, the lifespan was not worth the cost.

I liked the bissell pro cleaner and only have a few rooms to clean. Within the first year it broke. I am not hard on appliances but this one didn't last at all. I am very disappointed in this steam cleaner. After 3 uses it is time to look for a new cleaner.
