So far, so good and I know it's going to be great! Vann's has done right by me before, in that they were out of a returned "scratch and dent" sale pair of speakers I bought, so they went right on ahead and notified me that they will be sending me a NEW pair, at no additional cost. That's the mark of a great company providing exceptional customer service. That's why I jumped on this deal, and recommended it, and Vann's to them! |

The ordering process is easy and straight forward. I was surprised that the site had not stored my information from the last time I ordered. Typically, sites set up user accounts. If they use them at Vann's, I missed it. |

The price of this item was the most competitive I have found and the reviews I read were right on target. The SONY TV was delivered two days after I ordered it and is exactly as promised. I'm impressed and will certainly use Vann's again. |
