We charged it for 4 hours (req. 2 ½) let loose on our low carpet and it stopped after 30 sec and get stuck on wall. Goes straight and errors out. Not AUTOMATIC, you have to baby-sit it and the remote works 5 feet away. Called VCD got a voice mail. Called manufacturer, he said charge it over night for everything I said. Got a call from VCD, said I could get an RMA w/ 10% restocking fee + deduction of "free" shipping. Asked for a break b/c it’s defective. He said no and told me to call the manufacturer. Their policies for DOA’s are to repair it for you, not offered anything like that. Spent $100.00 on a QQ-1, sucks! If I wanted refund I’d pay ship back ($25), charged original shipping ($20) & 10% restocking fee ($10). There is no such thing as "FREE" and VCD is the poster child of that phrase. Read the return policy before you order from them! If you are OK with losing $50+ if you do not like an item then by all mean order from them! VCD	Overall Rating

Attempts to contact VCdiscounter have been all but futile for one week. Phone number provided on web site only takes msgs that are not answered in a timely manner. Emails are ignored. When I did finally receive an email from VCdiscounter it was in response to one of many phone msgs left and only asked additional questions that were answered in detail via previous email. After providing additional information again, in more detail, I have waited several days and am still waiting for an RMA to return and/or get a replacement. I have been working this daily for over a week with no results. While this vendor may be less expensive than others, I would not use this vendor again due to performance in handling replacement and returns.	Overall Rating

One time I had to return a new carpet steamer because a part was broken upon shipment, they immediately sent me a new one, I think I had it before they had the broken one. Before ordering, one needs to be aware of their stringent return,etc. policies. In general, a very good merchant to purchase from, very knowledgeable and honest, with excellent prices. When they allow for free shipping, they don't just crank up the price of the product to cover the shipping as some merchants do.	Overall Rating

Upon arrival, I noticed that the package had been re-taped shut. The styrofoam on the inside was torn and taped back together. The vaccuum nozzle and instruction booklet were missing and the headlight was burnt out. I called to inquire about these concerns, but was told by the retailer that there was no reason that this box would have been opened prior to arriving at my house and that I should contact that manufacturer directly to obtain any missing parts. I received my vacuum cleaner quickly, but I also ordered 3 extra packages of vacuum bags which were NOT in the large vacuum box. I assumed they were coming seperately in a small envelope. They never arrived. When I called VCDiscounter.com, they told me that they were in the box with the vacuum. I told them they were not. They then told me I had to contact them within 5 days of the shipment and that they wouldn't do anything. I told them I had been waiting for the bags. I will have to have the charge reversed on my credit card and purchase from someone else. Very unethical.	Overall Rating

This company sent my wife and I a vacuum cleaner that did not work "out of the box". They would not return my call. They did issue a return number via email but advised me that it will cost me quite a bit to return it. They’re charging a 10% restocking fee including shipping costs. All in total they are charging me approximately of the original price to send it back. It seems a bit too risky to buy this type of product from this type of dealer. I actually drove 1 mile to find the same item for the same price. Actually, this is the first online dealer that I have had a problem with.	Overall Rating

Calls to Hoover and the repair center do not help and the Vacuum Cleaner Discouner has ignored my emails....I would not recommend them for anything!	Overall Rating
