The shipping time was listed as 1 to 3 days. I received my drive, after almost 2 weeks, opened the box and the drive was there. Nowhere in the listing was the drive marked as an OEM product. The drive in the box was an OEM drive that came with no cables, nor any of the other items like the software. The cables alone would have cost me another $35 to $50 dollars. I will say that Vegas Micro was very nice on the phone, once I finally got through to them (took about 12 attempts). They were slightly argumentative about marking the drives as OEM stating that "All retail box items are marked retail box" and that they do not have to mark their items as OEM on the listing. I still have not received the refund for returning the drive. I would actually recommend that you avoid this company at all cost. VEGAS MICRO's Response: The cables cost about $5 and there is no difference between retail and oem drives. The warranty is the same. The other listings were all oem drives too. We still have not received your drive back. We will be happy to credit you because you have no idea how hard drives are sold.	Overall Rating
