Prices are great. They have a wide selection of products, but for some reason they require prescriptions for products I have never needed a prescription to purchase (such as HeartGuard or Interceptor heartworm prevention products). I can buy these over the counter or from 1800petmeds.com with no problem. I'm interested to see what they are going to say about that issue with the order I just placed. |

The price for what I wanted was the best I've ever seen. My main complaint is having to start the secure checkout process just to find out what the shipping fee is. This was especially annoying since the product I wanted had an additional shipping disclaimer screen I had to click past. I also noticed there isn't anything specifically saying if any product is currently in stock or not. |

because I shop frequently, it would be nice to have the ability to log in (after registering of course) so that I wouldn't have to type my address information over every time I buy something; the current system treats me like a brand new customer every time I'm here |

At the warehouse location, they used box cutters to open the merchandise for repackaging. My Rebound products are packaged in cardboard containers and two of the 15 items were sliced such that they leaked all over the other contents and were no longer useable. I contacted the customer service number on the shipping paperwork and only received voice mail. I left a message with my contact information and never heard back. The price would have been fine if 13 percent weren't damaged. |
